I recently attended a Kentucky Derby party with Bakery Gingham cupcakes and a cake. The cake was a logo of the 135th Derby, replicated perfectly in black icing with white and green decorations over a lemon cake. Hard to top, I thought, until I moved on to the raspberry cupcakes. Both were incredible, I'll seek them out in the future. Erik
