Berkeley and the Bay Area

(Another Work in progress…..)
June 2007 – staying in Berkley, with side trips to San Francisco, Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. I will add the details as time permits – but you can get decent info by goggling the spots in the photos . If you want some suggestions on where to go in the meantime – just send me an e-mail, it is on the About page.

Berkley Saturday Farmers Market

Vintage Berkley in the Pump House

The best coconut macaroons ever – good enough for Mr. Clinton.

Napa Valley

A perfect pizza on a perfect day…

Best Port in Napa Valley is from Heitz Winery

The best meal and the best moment of the trip was at Bette’s

Sonoma Valley – a little better than Napa and I am not sure why.

  1. Many of those places are definitely on my must see and eat at list. Hopefully, when I live out there I will hit them all. DEFINITELY CHEZ PANISE!!!
